Afterwards, I tried one of the #psoas release exercises that was described. Basically, you do a lunch and tuck a block at the base of your quads and let the full weight of your leg rest on it for 90-120 seconds. It definitely worked, because after one side, my downward dog felt so strange. It was like one leg was longer than the other!!!
