Did the same workout that my Instagram buddy @garageathlete did the other week, man did I underestimate that.
I had to scale it down to 50kg after the first round, as I would have been lucky to have done the full 7 rounds at the RX weight. This workout left me lying flat on my back thinking my lungs were going to burst at the end, really need to get back on track with my programmes and up the conditioning! 😬

Cardio: 20 minute walk/jog combo for a warmup.

Shoulders:
Military Press (my fave!)
Shugs (barbell and dumbbell)
Lateral raises superset (front, side, back)

Music: Chris LeDoux, T-Pain, Creed, David Lee Murphy, DC Talk, Dierks Bentley (my fave!)
