Accessing all of your saved Classes & Series is quick and easy from My Practice > Classes Tab & Series Tab. Instructions for navigating to your saved content is detailed below for both web browser and the iOS app. Visited My Practice and still not seeing your saved content? Check out the troubleshooting steps towards the end of this page.
Website Instructions
(A) Access Saves via My Practice > Classes Tab & Series Tab *Desktop instructions
From the primary navigation, click or hover over "My Practice."
From the My Practice drop-down menu, click "Saved Classes" or "Saved Series" and you will be re-directed to My Practice on the Classes or Series Tab. Note: You may also go directly to one of your 3 most recently saved classes or series in the "Recently Saved" section.

Easily switch between your Saved Classes and Saved Series by clicking the tabs. My Practice > Classes & Series Tabs:
Clicking the saved class or series you want will redirect you to the details page for that content.

Click to open the hamburger menu.
From the hamburger menu, click "My Practice."
From the "My Practice - Dropdown," click "Saved Classes" or "Saved Series" and you will be re-directed to My Practice on the Classes or Series Tab. Note: You may also go directly to one of your 3 most recently saved classes or series in the "Recently Saved" section.

Clicking the saved class or series you want to access will redirect you to the details page for that content.
Troubleshooting Steps
If you've checked My Practice and are still not seeing your saved content, try the troubleshooting steps below:
You may be logged out of your account! Check our login page to see if you are signed in. If you are logged out and on our homepage, you will see a screen that says "Start Your Free Trial" instead of your personalized home page.
If you are having difficulty logging in to your account, reset your password to request a password change: there may be a small typing error in your password!
If you can find your saved Class or Series on one of your devices, but not the other, and are logged into an account on both devices, you may have two accounts registered with Alo Moves. This can sometimes happen if "Login with Facebook/Apple" is clicked instead of "Sign In" on either our website or mobile app. If you have two accounts, send us an email and we can help troubleshoot.
