Wheel Pose is a powerful heart-opening pose with many internal benefits. It is also sometimes referred to as Upward Bow Pose.

How to do Wheel Pose:
1. Start by lying down on your back with your head toward the front of your mat. Place your feet directly under your knees about hip-distance apart.
2. Bring your hands down behind your shoulders with your fingers facing inward. Squeeze your elbows together and press down through your hands.
3. Lift up by straightening your arms and extending through your legs.
4. Walk your feet in to a comfortable position, extend your arms, and press your chest forward. Bring your gaze straight back or down between your hands.
