Scorpion Push-Ups
DESCRIPTION

Scorpion Pose requires a lot of back strength to maintain, especially as you’re moving dynamically into Push-Ups. In this class, you’ll work toward the Scorpion Push-Up by warming up your back, shoulders, and arms, then moving into Scorpion Pose progressions to build strength. You’ll learn about the mechanics of Scorpion Handstand and break down how to consecutively press up and down in the pose.
