Create a healthy, functional range of movement in your hips and hip flexors. In this class, you’ll work through controlled, articular movements, internal and external rotation, and mild-to-deep stretches to improve your hip flexibility and mobility. You’ll begin with mild dynamic rebound training to warm up your muscles, break up fascial adhesions, and add elasticity to your connective tissue. Then, you’ll move through mobility exercises to increase your range of motion, improve joint and nervous system function, and train your body in full functional movement patterns. The class will close with slow stretches to increase your flexibility.
