Back/Shoulder Flexibility for Beginners
DESCRIPTION

Increase the health and mobility of your back and shoulders. This class will open up your shoulders through internal and external rotation, stretch your chest and back muscles, and improve flexibility in your spine as you gently move into backbending postures. You’ll begin with mild dynamic rebound training to warm up your muscles, break up fascial adhesions, and add elasticity to your connective tissue. Then, you’ll move through mobility exercises to increase your range of motion, improve joint and nervous system function, and train your body in full functional movement patterns. The class will close with slow stretches to increase your flexibility.
