I’m doing a 100 challenge... 100 reps of a particular exercise, per day!

Yesterday I did only squats, and I realized it wasn’t enough for me.

So today I did 4 rounds of 25 sumo squats, bicycle crunches, TRX rows, and TRX push-ups. Much harder!

100 a day, for 30 days (I might go to 100 days if I’m enjoying the challenge)! Anyone want to join me? It can be your own variation, pick areas of the body you really want to see improvement in strength. You can do 10 sets of 10, 5 sets of 20, all sets at once, sets throughout the day... however you want to get to 100!
