About Home Yoga Practice

Discover the magic of an at-home yoga practice with over 16 hours of flow classes, strength building and movement progressions! Whether you have 15 minutes or 90 to dedicate to your practice, this series gives you the freedom to choose what best suits you and your practice whenever you come to your mat.

Yoga For Life touches all the elements of yoga: calm, fluid, vigorous, opening and strengthening. Classes include 30-60 minute flow classes, soothing restorative work and a calming meditation to bring you back to center. The 15-20 minute classes in Balancing Act will grow your practice with posture-specific drills and movement progressions for the most coveted arm balances such as crow, tripod headstand, peacock and eight angle. The 75-90 minute workshop-inspired flow classes in Reconnect will unite your mind, body and practice. You’ll leave your mat inspired, energized and connected to yourself, your body, and those in your life.

Your yoga journey is personal, and this series was designed to help you explore where you are, and where you want to go.

Patrick is based in Seattle, WA, and travels the world leading classes, workshops, and teacher training programs. Named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Yoga Teachers by Greatist & Sonima Live, his strong presence has allowed him to share yoga internationally over the last several years. He is the creator of Awakening Yoga and has been a Global Yoga Ambassador to Virgin Active. He has been featured in the London Times, Cosmopolitan UK, People Magazine, among others.

In 2019, he and Carling Harps opened Commune Yoga studio in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.
