With a mix of strength and toning exercises paired with deep stretches, this Vinyasa class will give you an all-over workout. You’ll heat it up with yoga-inspired moves like Charging Warrior Dips, Dolphin Push-Ups, and Side Plank Knee-to-Elbows, then end with some Reverse Crunches and Ankle Touches for extra ab work.
