Congratulations on finishing you Shred! You Rocked it! Now no matter where you starter, I hope that you saw some really BIG results!
Moving forward, I suggest taking a few days off, and then starting this program again. Mix it up, do the exercises in a different order, maybe even incorporate a few new exercises.
