DESCRIPTION

For the next 40 minutes, it’s all about weights! Make sure you have a variety of sizes — you’ll start with the lightest set to warm up with Deadlifts and Shoulder Presses before picking up some heavier ones to light up your whole body. Other moves include Side Planks, Bicep Curls, Glute Bridges, and Ankle Taps where you can choose which weight works best for you.
