Andrea Taylor is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and intuitive healer based in Austin, Texas. She began practicing yoga as a freshman in high school and was hooked after having a blissful, out-of-body experience in her first savasana. The yoga studio gave her a space to feel comfortable at a time when she struggled with fitting in, speaking up, and accepting herself.
After 10 years of consistent practice, Andrea sought out and completed her 200-hour teaching certification. Through her years of experience as a deep-tissue massage therapist, she is able to weave her knowledge of the human body, musculoskeletal system, and myofascial layers into her teaching.
Andrea aspires to help others become the best version of themselves. She dedicates her time to helping others heal holistically through yoga, deep-tissue massage, meditation, sound healing, and qigong.
