Total Barre 20: Light Weights

DESCRIPTION

Grab a set of 1,2, or 3 lb. hand weights as you target shoulders, obliques, inner and outer thighs, and glutes. Barre is known for light weights but lots of reps, so you’ll feel the burn as you power through Arm Circles, Standing Cross Body Crunches, Clamshells, and Glute Bridges.
