A Tick Tock is a move that progresses from a Forward Fold to Handstand to Wheel Pose, then back. It’s an advanced skill that requires a lot of flexibility in your back, shoulders, and hip flexors. You’ll begin class with a backbend warm-up, then progress through a series of skills that move from wall-assisted Dropovers to Single-Leg Tick Tock, and eventually, Double-Leg Tick Tocks.
