DESCRIPTION

Bent-arm strength is important to build a strong and stable foundation for arm balances and transitions. In this class, you’ll focus on developing stability through your arms, shoulder girdles, and triceps so that you can keep your body strong and isolated as you move from one progression to another. You’ll start with a quick warm-up, go right into core exercises, and refine your bent-arm progressions that lead up to difficult bent arm strength skills like Double-Leg Flying Crow and Revolved Flying Crow Leg Switches.
