She first taught yoga part-time and left her job after a decade in the finance industry to pursue it as full-time career. Her dedication to her yoga practice came from a desire to seek more purpose and fulfillment for herself, and she loves to teach others so they can find the best in themselves. Instructing students around the world, she aims to challenge others and her style focuses on powerful, full-body strength Vinyasa flows.
