Warm up during this strength class with modified Push-Ups and Reverse Tabletop Dips before grabbing a pair of light or medium dumbbells to power through Skull Crushers, Bent Over Tricep Extensions, and Overhead Tricep Extensions. If you have a lot of energy, feel free to run this class back and repeat the circuit.
