Standing Barre Flow

DESCRIPTION

A chair and one 5 lb. weight are all you need in this standing barre class. You’ll power through a 7-minute sequence, exhausting one side of your body through compound barre movements and pulses. Once you've completed the sequence on the right, you'll repeat on the left for a full-body workout in just 15 minutes.
