DESCRIPTION

In this class, Talia leads us through a classic breathing exercise from the Bishnu Ghosh tradition to stretch the soft tissue of the lungs and warm up the body from the inside out. We then continue to reveal space all throughout the body, with particular attention to the front side through lunges, puppy postures, splits, and camels. We also turn things upside down with forearm and handstand practice. This backbending hatha class will leave you feeling longer, less cluttered, and spacious all around.
