Side Body Activation 

DESCRIPTION

Open and stretch your side body in this 30-minute mandala flow using blocks. You’ll build strength in your core with gentle movements and longer holds to activate your muscles. This is a slow-paced class so you can really feel the side-body engagement in poses like Half Moon, Sugarcane, and Deep Seated Side Bend with a bind. You’ll deepen every stretch with modifications to level up or down depending on what you need.
