Pre & Postnatal Barre Glutes

DESCRIPTION

If you want to move during any trimester in your pregnancy or you’re cleared for exercise post-pregnancy, try this 20-minute glute-focused barre class. A mini band is completely optional for a low-impact challenge or to help with alignment. You’ll start with standing exercises like Goddess Squats before coming down to your mat and burning out your glutes with Donkey Kicks, Clamshells, and Leg Circles.
