New to barre or fitness? This is the class for you! In this beginner barre workout, you’ll target the major muscle groups in your lower body and learn the nuances of your body's unique alignment. You’ll practice moving holistically to prevent injury and lay a solid foundation for movement that will enable you to get the most out of your future lower body barre workouts. While made with the beginner in mind, anyone can practice this class to work your lower half and fit in a good burn.
