DESCRIPTION

Focus on improving your strength and full range of motion using kettlebells. In this HIIT class, you’ll start with a warmup that includes Shoulder Taps and Reverse Lunges. Then, you’ll build heat in your lower body with Goblet Squats, Russian Swings, and Romanian Deadlifts. If you have kettlebells but are unsure about what exercises you can do with them, this class will definitely inspire you.
