Full Body Weighted Sculpt

Lengthen and strengthen with the extra challenge of ankle and wrist weights in this 15-minute sculpt class. Many of the movements are small pulses to really burn your muscles from head to toe with low impact. You’ll sink into Goddess Pose, crunch through Bicycles, balance in Single-Leg Kickbacks, and hold a Plank to finish it out strong.

Tawny Janae is a traveling yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and model who is passionate about movement and plant-based organic living. She began practicing yoga at age 17 and has been hooked ever since. With almost a decade of teaching experience, 400 hours of certification, and a focus on kinesiology in college, Tawny is passionate about sharing her knowledge through her classes and encouraging people to have fun through movement.
