DESCRIPTION
In this workout video we are going to do exercises and drills with the help of the Equalizer.
If you don't have one, you can be creative and use other objects that have 2 stable bars, if not at home then have a look at the playground, use a bench in the park for the dips or use the vertical knee raise machine at the gym.
The workout consists of:
10 Side To Side Knee Raises
15 Seconds Of Squat Drills
10 One Legged Low, Side And High Kicks
15 Seconds Of Wide Jump Drills
10 Squat Leg Waves
15 Seconds Of Squat Drills
10 Dips On Heels
15 Seconds Of Jumping Jack Drills
Repeat this routine 3-4 times.
Modify your 15 seconds in between the exercises with some rest if you need to.
