DESCRIPTION

For this upper-body strength class, you’ll go all in with 40 seconds of each exercise and a 20-second recovery after. It starts with a warm-up to get your blood pumping before diving into your circuit. Repetition is key to build muscle when you dive into moves like Shoulder Taps, Bent-Over Rows, Tricep Push-Ups, and Burpees to light up your arms.
