First things first: You’ll need a strap and yoga wheel for this one! If you don’t have a naturally deep backbend or you’re having a lot of back pain, take this stretching class. You’ll ease in slowly and release tension in your body as you melt into heart openers and deep backbends like King Pigeon Pose and Camel. Repetitive stretching will loosen your muscles in a way that feels good and, if you don’t have a yoga wheel, you can use a bolster or even furniture around your house for support.
