Day 3: Upper Body Torch
DESCRIPTION

Strengthen your upper body — especially your shoulders — with this fast, heat-building flow. Expect repetitive movements to build strength as well as core work and lots of Dolphin variations. You’ll activate your upper body with exercises like Crow Pose, Chaturanga Push-Ups, and Forearm Plank Hip Dips before ending class with deep stretches to relieve any tension.
