Beginner Yoga: Move with Confidence 
DESCRIPTION

Build on your foundational yoga knowledge. In this 30-minute Vinyasa class, you’ll be introduced to slightly more advanced variations of poses like Pyramid, Warrior III, and Crow with the assistance of blocks and a strap if you have them. Don’t worry about nailing these moves right off the bat — the goal is to flow with more confidence and push your abilities little by little.
