Improve your back body flexibility. In this class, you’ll learn how to properly stretch your hamstrings and spine in flexion to create flexibility and mobility in your forward folds. You’ll begin with mild dynamic rebound training to warm up your muscles, break up fascial adhesions, and add elasticity to your connective tissue. Then, you’ll move through mobility exercises to increase your range of motion, improve joint and nervous system function, and train your body in full functional movement patterns. The class will close with slow stretches to increase your flexibility.
