New to barre? This beginner tutorial will dive into some of the common moves you’ll practice, including exercises targeting your abs, thighs, arms, and glutes. You can either just sit back and listen or practice as you watch — if you’re playing along at home, make sure you have a sturdy surface like a chair or a counter, a Pilates ball or blanket, and a wall within reach.
