Take your movement on the go with this 10-minute Barre class that focuses on triceps, shoulders, chest, and abs with zero equipment needed. You’ll move through modified Push-Ups and Superman Tricep Kickbacks before targeting your core with Reverse and Bicycle Crunches. The class ends with some Elbow Plank action so you can light up your upper body and finish strong.
