DESCRIPTION

The next 25 minutes will burn out your muscles using a ball to ramp up the intensity. Starting with standing and dynamic sequences, you’ll hold, squeeze, and pulse your way to more sculpted muscles. Then you'll take it down to the mat for the rest of class and power through Fire Hydrants, Donkey Kicks, Crunches, and Leg Lifts.
