Grab your Pilates ball for this 20-minute core-focused class. The ball will help you with certain movements and proper alignment as you hold it between your hands and legs. You’ll work into your abs and obliques with Crunches, Side-Plank variations, and rotating exercises that push your core muscles to the max.
