DESCRIPTION

Gear up to work your core and booty! This barre workout features mat-based exercises, starting and ending with ab work, then focusing on glute work in the middle to strengthen and sculpt those areas. You'll practice variations of Planks and Bridge, using a Pilates ball for resistance and stabilization challenges. No ball? A rolled up blanket or thick pillow both work as substitutes here.
