Jeffrey’s Bio

Jeffrey Alan is a sculpt instructor based in Tampa, Florida. He is part of the LGBTQ+ community and spent almost a decade as an elementary school teacher before pursuing a career in fitness. He developed a greater interest in his own personal health and wellness to set an example for his son, and when he took his first group HIIT class, he was instantly hooked. His journey as a sculpt instructor started in 2019 after completing his HIIT training at CAMP, a group fitness and yoga studio.

Jeffrey’s classes combine his energetic, positive attitude with non-stop interval training, which incorporates plyometric movements, isometric holds, pulses, and other low-impact movements to fire up and tone your muscles. He wants his students to push themselves past any limitations and, most of all, have fun while breaking a sweat.

Meghan’s Bio

Meghan McFerran is a professional dancer, fitness trainer, nutrition coach, and entrepreneur based in New York City.

Growing up in upstate New York, Meghan competed in dance competitions and dreamed of professionally dancing in the city. She turned her dreams into a reality after graduating college and went on to dance with Eleone Dance Theatre, Forces of Nature Dance Theater, and XY Dance Projects.

After years of auditions and getting caught in the constant hustle of comparison, she decided to create her own supportive community that would inspire people to move with confidence and stand out in their own unique spotlight. Her signature dance-inspired training method blends sculpt, cardio, and stretch while encouraging others to move in celebration of themselves and their bodies.
