The fees\n applicable to your Paid Subscription (the “Fees”) are governed by the\n specific Paid Subscription plan you agreed to. Alo makes no representation\n or warranty that the Fees are the lowest or best price at any given time\n during the term of your Paid Subscription.\n
\n\n\n You may terminate your Paid Subscription with immediate effect at any time\n within the period of 12 days (or such later date to the extent required by\n applicable law) after the date that you initially signed up for a Paid\n Subscription (the “Cooling Off Period”), without incurring any liability.\n If you choose to cancel your Paid Subscription within the Cooling off\n Period, we will provide you with a refund on all Fees previously paid by\n you for such Paid Subscription.\n
\n\n\n Alo uses a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to link\n your credit card to your Alo Moves Account to the Service and process all\n payments made to Alo. The processing of payments or credits, as\n applicable, in connection with your use of the Service will be subject to\n the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and\n your credit card issuer in addition to these Terms. Alo is not responsible\n for any errors by the Payment Processor. In connection with your use of\n the Service, Alo may obtain certain transaction details, which Alo will\n use solely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.\n
\n\n\n The Fees will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your\n membership cycle unless and until you cancel your membership. We\n automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day\n corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. Upon notice\n to you, we reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular,\n if your payment method has not successfully been charged. You will receive\n notice prior to any automatic renewal of your Paid Subscription in\n accordance with applicable law.\n
\n\n\n If you cancel your Paid Subscription prior to its expiration, you will\n receive a refund of amounts you directly paid in advance. Following a cancellation,\n you will lose access to your previous Alo Moves Account history and all\n training plans you enrolled in during your membership upon the effective\n date of cancellation or in the case of a Paid Subscription, at the end of\n the then-current billing period. If you choose to subscribe to a new Paid\n Subscription, your billing date will update to the day you reactivate your\n Paid Subscription.\n

\n\n\n We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time, in our sole\n and absolute discretion. If we modify these Terms, we will indicate that\n we have done so on the Alo website at http://www.alomoves.com/terms or\n otherwise provide you notice. It is your responsibility to review these\n Terms regularly. Use of the Service after the effective date of a\n modification constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.\n
\n\n\n Alo will send you an email notice of any material modification to these\n Terms before the modification becomes effective. Alo may suspend or terminate your access to the\n Service at any time, for any reason. If Alo suspects that you have\n violated any provision of these Terms, Alo may also seek any other\n available legal remedy. Your rights under these Terms will terminate\n automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon\n termination, you must destroy or delete any copy of Alo software in your\n possession.\n
\n\n\n You remain solely liable for all obligations related to use of the\n Service, even after you have stopped using the Service. Neither Alo nor\n any of its licensors, suppliers, or publishers are liable to you or to any\n third party for any loss caused by any termination of the Service or\n termination of your access to the Service.\n

\n\n These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws\n of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or controversy arising out\n of, relating to or concerning any aspect of these Terms shall be settled\n by binding arbitration to be held before a neutral arbitrator in Los\n Angeles, California, under the auspices of the American Arbitration\n Association. \n These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and\n Alo, LLC and/or Alo Yoga Canada, Inc., and its affiliates, subsidiaries\n and successors and assigns (collectively, (“Alo” “us,” or “we”) regarding\n your use of services available at www.alomoves.com and via any Alo Moves\n mobile or other software application, including any downloadable software\n program that you are accessing or installing on your device or personal\n computer and the services available through that software program\n (together, the “Service”). As used in these Terms, the terms \"you\" and\n \"your\" refer to, and these Terms shall be binding upon, any person or\n entity who purchases, activates, receives, uses, accepts or otherwise\n accesses the Service.\n

\n\n\n You must be at least 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority as\n determined by the laws of your province or territory of residency, and\n have full legal capacity to assume the obligations set forth in these\n Terms and to use the Service. The Service is not intended for those under\n the age of 18. You represent and warrant that any profile information you\n submit is true and accurate and that you are of the age of majority as\n determined by the laws of your province or territory of residency, and are\n fully able and competent to enter into and abide by these Terms. If you\n are using the Service on behalf of your employer, you represent that you\n are authorized to accept these Terms on your employer’s behalf. Use of the\n Service is void where prohibited.\n

When registering for an Alo Moves Account, you must provide\n accurate and complete information and promptly update this information to\n keep it current. If you provide any information that is inaccurate or\n incomplete, or we have reason to believe that the information is\n inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your Alo Moves\n Account and your use of the Service, and provide you with partial refunds,\n as applicable, for any unused portion of Fees you may have paid for a Paid\n Subscription (as defined below), if any, as set forth below.\n
\n\n\n You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your Alo\n Moves Account – with or without your permission. To protect your Alo Moves\n Account from unauthorized use, do not provide your username or password to\n anyone else. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your\n Alo Moves Account or any other breach of security by sending an email to\n info@alomoves.com. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE\n NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR ACTIVITY THAT RESULTS FROM THE\n UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ALO MOVES ACCOUNT. Any personal information you\n provide is governed by the terms of the Alo Moves Privacy Policy (the\n “Privacy Policy”), which is located at https://www.alomoves.com/.\n

\n\n\n Although Alo has no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor any User\n Content, Alo reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove,\n screen, edit, or disable any User Content at any time and for any reason\n without notice. You understand that by using the Service, you may be\n exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent, objectionable, or\n inaccurate. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any User\n Content, including any loss or damage to any of your User Content.\n

Alo is not involved in arranging or supervising meetings, and\n has no control over who attends meetings or the actions of any individual\n at any meeting. Alo makes no representation\n or warranty that the Fees are the lowest or best price at any given time\n during the term of your Paid Subscription.\n
\n\n\n You may terminate your Paid Subscription with immediate effect at any time\n within the period of 12 days (or such later date to the extent required by\n applicable law) after the date that you initially signed up for a Paid\n Subscription (the “Cooling Off Period”), without incurring any liability.\n If you choose to cancel your Paid Subscription within the Cooling off\n Period, we will provide you with a refund on all Fees previously paid by\n you for such Paid Subscription.\n
\n\n\n Alo uses a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to link\n your credit card to your Alo Moves Account to the Service and process all\n payments made to Alo. The processing of payments or credits, as\n applicable, in connection with your use of the Service will be subject to\n the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and\n your credit card issuer in addition to these Terms. Alo is not responsible\n for any errors by the Payment Processor. In connection with your use of\n the Service, Alo may obtain certain transaction details, which Alo will\n use solely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.\n
\n\n\n The Fees will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your\n membership cycle unless and until you cancel your membership. We\n automatically bill your payment method each month on the calendar day\n corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. Upon notice\n to you, we reserve the right to change our billing timing, in particular,\n if your payment method has not successfully been charged. You will receive\n notice prior to any automatic renewal of your Paid Subscription in\n accordance with applicable law.\n
\n\n\n If you cancel your Paid Subscription prior to its expiration, you will\n receive a refund of amounts you directly paid in advance. We will refund\n to you on a pro-rata basis, as applicable, calculated on a daily basis all\n Fees prepaid by you for remaining portions of the Paid Subscription.\n
\n\n\n You may cancel your Alo Moves Account at any time and for any reason. To\n cancel your Alo Moves Account, please visit your membership settings at\n https://www.alomoves.com/settings/membership. Following a cancellation,\n you will lose access to your previous Alo Moves Account history and all\n training plans you enrolled in during your membership upon the effective\n date of cancellation or in the case of a Paid Subscription, at the end of\n the then-current billing period. If you choose to subscribe to a new Paid\n Subscription, your billing date will update to the day you reactivate your\n Paid Subscription.\n

Alo is not responsible for the\n redemption, errors, omissions, or expiration of Promotions. \n\n\n We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time, in our sole\n and absolute discretion. If we modify these Terms, we will indicate that\n we have done so on the Alo website at http://www.alomoves.com/terms or\n otherwise provide you notice. It is your responsibility to review these\n Terms regularly. Use of the Service after the effective date of a\n modification constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.\n
\n\n\n Users in Quebec: Alo will send you an email notice of any modification to\n these Terms at least 30 days before the modification becomes effective\n setting out exclusively the new or modified clause and the clause as it\n read formerly, as well as the effective date of the new or modified\n clause. You will have the opportunity to refuse the change or cancel the\n contract without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity by sending us a\n notice to that effect no later than 30 days after the effective date of\n the modification.\n

Alo may suspend or terminate your access to the\n Service at any time, for any reason. If Alo suspects that you have\n violated any provision of these Terms, Alo may also seek any other\n available legal remedy. Your rights under these Terms will terminate\n automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon\n termination, you must destroy or delete any copy of Alo software in your\n possession.\n
\n\n\n You remain solely liable for all obligations related to use of the\n Service, even after you have stopped using the Service. Neither Alo nor\n any of its licensors, suppliers, or publishers are liable to you or to any\n third party for any loss caused by any termination of the Service or\n termination of your access to the Service.\n

These communications may include notices about your Alo Moves\n Account and information concerning or related to the Service. You agree\n that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we\n send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication\n requirements, including that such communications be in writing.\n
\n\n\n You are solely responsible for all fees charged by your telecommunications\n service provider or any other service provider related to your use of the\n Service, including without limitation any SMS / text messaging fees, data\n charges, and other fees.\n
\n\n\n These Terms, including any documents or agreements incorporated herein by\n reference, are the entire agreement between you and Alo regarding your use\n of the Service.\n
