BodyStrong is fantastic on multiple levels! I have numerous injuries, and Ashley's plan helped me safely build strength while maintaining solid alignment. As a teacher, I love her cues and emphasis on correct form. Her sweet personality made it easier to keep pushing even when the exercises were tough! In addition to all of the strength benefits, I think the plan really helps to create long and lean muscles – I've received compliments since starting the plan :)

Although I'm so happy with how strong I am and how toned my body is, I think the best part about this plan is how much more connected I feel to my body, especially my core. The workouts were hard, but I stuck with the program and I've never been stronger! Ashley gives amazing cues on internal engagement, which pushed me to get the most out of each workout. My regular yoga practice has noticeably improved since doing BodyStrong, and I feel more confident because of it!

The flows are really challenging, but that is what makes you stronger – pushing yourself! Ashley’s cues and explanations are great and she knows how to make the workouts fun! I am really proud to have finished BodyStrong because I struggled at the beginning to get through the workouts without taking breaks, but in my final week I finished without taking one! I definitely feel stronger after completing this program and will continue to use this plan! Thanks Ashley!!
