About Pure Flexibility

Flexibility is for everyone! All it takes is patience and persistence. This two-part bundle contains everything you need to improve mobility across your entire body plus step-by-step progressions to achieve some of the most beautiful poses in the practice!

The Pure Flexibility classes each focus on a different area of the body and are filled with the dynamic stretching, yin-style holds, and intuitive movements I use on a daily basis. In Pure Flexibility Poses, we apply mobility and range of motion to intermediate and advanced poses like Dancer and Bird of Paradise. You'll start from the most accessible variation using blocks and props, and as your body opens to the pose, you'll safely build to the full expression.

Ashley Galvin is a yoga instructor based in Southern California. She is known around the world for her strength and flexibility, and she constantly inspires others with her yoga practice.

Ashley spent her childhood between the beaches and mountains of California. Inspired by the healthy lifestyle of her parents, she embarked on a journey to learn more about nutrition and the benefits of active living. That path led her to her first yoga class in 2009, where she fell in love with the practice.

Determined to help empower others through yoga, she began teaching in 2011 and has since taught workshops, retreats, and classes all over the world. Her strong, dynamic flows help cultivate body awareness, empower others to embrace their unique gifts, and give students a deep understanding of their yoga practice.

Flexibility is achievable for everyone. This month-long program is filled with the flexibility movements and stretches I use on a daily basis. They've helped me build and maintain the strength and mobility to achieve the inversions and poses that fill my practice today.
