About Prenatal Glow

Prenatal Glow is a three-part prenatal yoga program that will support you through every stage of pregnancy. Led by a certified prenatal yoga instructor, this series offers trimester-specific modifications, with each series featuring three to four hours of flow classes, stretching sequences, and safety videos that address the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. The instructor Briohny is joined by her friends Sheena and Grace, who demonstrate modifications for the second and third trimesters to ensure that you feel supported as your body and baby grow.
