Carling’s Bio
A Seattle-based yoga teacher, Carling is known for her lighthearted attention to detail and commitment to the growth of her students. Connecting individuals to the practice through intelligent and informed sequencing, compassionate, intentional adjustments, and relevant alignment instruction.
Carling’s teaching is designed to give students the tools and techniques to access their own unique body’s needs, create new connections and continue to find the center of themselves each time they step on their mats. As a balance to her regular classes, Carling is trained as a Doula and also specializes in prenatal yoga. She has been featured in and contributed writing to publications such as Yoga International, Mantra Magazine, and Yoga Digest. When she's not on the mat, you can find her hanging with her partner in crime Patrick, dreaming of Tokyo, singing along at local shows, and shopping for retro sneakers.
In 2019, she and Patrick Beach opened Commune Yoga studio in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.
Calvin’s Bio
Born and raised in LA, Calvin grew up surrounded by a community submerged in yoga. His love for sports and the physical world led him to surfing and Jiu Jitsu and in his 20s he began practicing yoga. He felt an immediate connection to the practice, launching him into his current path as a teacher.
Calvin has over 500 hours of training with some of the best teachers in the world, including Vinnie Marino, Jenny Aurthur, Jesse Schein, Sharath Jois, and many more. This intentional, rigorous training has greatly influenced his well-rounded teaching style, which is a distinct blend of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
Calvin’s classes will challenge you, make you sweat, and push you to the next level. They will open and strengthen your body all while bringing you to a state of peace, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
Caley’s Bio
Caley Alyssa is an internationally beloved health and wellness maven with a passion for helping everyone she encounters — both in her classes and off the mat — manifest their dreams. In her life, yoga was the game-changer that helped her articulate and actualize her own and it is through her yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and online content that she aims to help others find health and happiness.
From an early age, Caley was deeply invested in physical fitness — from ballet to skiing to hiking and everything in between. This love of movement translates to a practice and teaching style that is both strong and graceful, challenging and grounding. Over the years, her practice has become much more than just physical, taking on a more spiritual and esoteric role with meditation and other distinctly inward-focused practices at the very center.
Caley's knowledge of and expertise in all things health and wellness is evidenced by her extensive training. She has completed multiple teacher trainings, including two 200-hour teacher trainings, a 500-hour teacher training with Dharma Mittra, children's yoga teacher training, and more. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Andrew’s Bio
With a profound passion for self healing, Yoga was a natural next step following Andrew's college education in microbiology. His childhood was spent exploring the beaches of Barbados, where his connection with nature and its healing properties became evident. These elements, combined with his deep curiosity of body-mechanics and human potential, set him on a path toward becoming the devout and inspiring yogi he is today.
Andrew has intentionally and consistently pursued his path of health education, completing his 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, 200 hr. AcroYoga Level 1 Teacher Training, and he received High Honors Graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
